Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronic and Electrical Engineering Manager to support Air Dominance/Phantom Works Air Proprietary 1 (AP1) Program in Berkeley, MO . In this role, you will help lead a team of talented engineers designing and developing the next generation in air superiority technologies. This high performing team is at the leading edge of signature tailored design, development and production, and the successful manager will help lead the team into the production environment. This role is contingent on a future contract award and will report to the AP1 Survivability Integrated Product Team (IPT) manager.Position Responsibilities:

Technical performance of the survivability IPT, as well as cost and schedule.

Provides leadership to a large multi-disciplinary team responsible for all Low Observable (LO) related program activities, in order to:

Develop, integrate, and verify LO design

Provide signature predictions for technical performance metrics

Execute risk reduction and developmental testing to include verification/validation of component and whole vehicle signatures

Manage special material qualification testing and specification development

Participate in weekly program management meetings (PMM), program control boards (PCB), and program integration office (PIO) meetings.

Continuing and strengthening a positive team culture of mutual respect with open and productive communication.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

Experience with execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met.

10+ years of experience in detailed low observable design, integration, fabrication, and test.

10+ years’ experience in working with classified technologies and programs.

5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Master’s Degree of higher in an engineering, math, computer science, physics or other technical discipline.

Experience with modern systems engineering tools and processes.

Experience with the Boeing production system.
